My experience with Dr. Namita Aggarwal is very positive. I experienced such a strong connection with my body and mind combined with my emotions that I can tell you honestly that I never had this experience before. I attended her workshop on health consciousness and found Namita very easily approachable. Dr. Namita is a very pure hearted and natural person. I could feel that all she was teaching was coming out of her life experiences. I could sense that she practices what she teaches as theory or practice programs. I was delighted to receive an invitation to participate in the workshop of Dr. Namita, summer 2015. After checking her website and social media, I found her experience, her expressed wisdom and the testimonials very impressive. The invitation felt as a “life” trigger, an offer I couldn’t refuse. The simple words Dr. Namita spoke to me (in an exercise of the workshop): “Mother nature is taking care of her” touched my heart and soul! After experiencing so many years in the commercial world, I noticed that as we grow up, our childlike innocence is taken over or replaced by arrogance and attitude. As children, we are innocent but ignorant. When we grow up, we become intelligent but also arrogance comes as a side effect. I always had a question – why can’t intelligence and innocence go together? Why can’t we maintain the true essence of our being while being in the modern world? When I met Dr. Namita, this unanswered question of mine got answered. Recently I was in a workshop with Dr. Namita that was really very interesting. She is an authentic person, true to herself and her knowledge. I had a lot of pain in my neck for many years and in spite of trying several methods I couldn’t get rid of it. After the sessions with Dr. Namita- for two days, my neck pain was gone, which is a great relief to me. Mostly doctors give more attention to the outer problem and symptoms but Namita is totally different. Dr. Namita is a very balanced and grounded person. If you don’t observe her with open mind and heart – I am sure you will miss the real power behind her simplicity. We humans tend to miss simple and easy things in life. We don’t pay attention to natural and original energies and patterns. We don’t sense and feel the power in silence, softness and gentleness. In my opinion Dr. Namita is a very wise and practical person. Her feminine powers are very much in alignment to her subject related to health and healing. I think she should also give workshops on the development of feminine powers, which she exhibits all the time. I was surprised to hear her easy explanations about difficult problems. Hi, I am Doortje. In my opinion Dr. Namita is a great healer! She strongly believes in the healing powers of Mother Nature! I was getting intense migraine attacks for last 25-30 years. Near about 3-4 migraine attacks every month. I tried so many treatments but got no real cure or solution. Painkillers and sleeping pills were my only solutions as suggested by the medical doctors. All the years, living with these migraine attacks was very painful. All this pain also had lots of negative impact on my thoughts, emotions and life in totality. Hi my name is Ilias, I come from Greece. For the last seven years I suffer from OCD. So I came for treatment to Dr. Namita Aggarwal. What is OCD? OCD stands for Obsessive Compulsory Disorder. Think of it like heavy migraine. The way migraine affects you not to be able to function because of the painful headaches, OCD does by trick your mind to make your body do things in a way that will be painful to for you. One explanation I can give. For the last seven years when I had to wash my hands I did it for 30 times in one go. So I ended up doing it per day around 150 to 210 times and it was painful real painful. But basically it was all the negative feelings coming out of me. And anger, OCD, migraine all are expressions of your negative feelings. I couldn’t live like this anymore, nobody can. After two and a half weeks of sessions I can proudly say that I gain control of my body and mind around 75% and still I have more to do to be fine but I think I can make it thanks to Dr. Namita Aggarwal. I want to thank Dr. Namita for her workshop. I had lot of difficulties with my sleeping patterns and due to stress and other factors, I wasn’t able to sleep properly and that was affecting my performance on many levels. After learning and practising healing techniques from Namita, I can sleep like a baby. I must say that her healing formulas work thoroughly. Hi, I am Hubert. I have lived most of my life in South Africa. My experience with Dr. Namita was very inspiring, motivating and encouraging. During the past 2 years I experienced a lot of stress. I couldn’t sleep well, and was emotionally “full”. This resulted in a heart attack beginning of 2015. That made me realize that I need to tackle my problems in a different way that what I used to do. I have met Namita several times and found her very sensible and responsible. Since I love sea diving, I take it as a metaphor to explain my opinion about Namita. I dive in two ways- in the sea and in the soul. Just like we need a dive master for sea diving – someone who knows well enough. My experience with Dr. Namita was eye opening. She reminded me of a statement- life is an art! Mostly, we people get so much lost in everyday life that we ignore the beauty of life and nature.
